珊瑚礁石、珊瑚礁砂具有较大的吸水性、低抗压性,用其配制水泥稳定基层的难度较普通砂石水泥稳定基层难度大,通过不同比例珊瑚礁石、珊瑚礁砂的掺配及击实试验确定水稳层的最佳配合比为:珊瑚礁石(16~31.5 mm)∶珊瑚礁石(5~16 mm)∶珊瑚砂∶P.O.42.5水泥=20%∶45%∶35%∶6%,其7 d无侧限抗压强度为6.7 MPa;采用天然级配的5~53 mm珊瑚礁石与0~5 mm礁砂按55%∶45%比例,掺入6%水泥进行试验段的施工,其强度、浸水稳定性、抗裂性均较好,满足设计要求,能用于机场跑道水泥稳定基层的施工。
