本文对两株荷瘤Balb/C小鼠的免疫功能进行动态观察。通过测定局部瘤生长速度转移潜伏期、转移率、淋巴细胞分裂原反应性,脾细胞自然细胞毒性、脾脏及淋巴结内T细胞亚群变化等指标,提示荷瘤早期和中期,宿主免疫功能不稳定,荷瘤晚期,宿主免疫功能受抑制。其中高转移16A_3组与低转移A_2组引起的宿主免疫反应有着明显的差异。前者最终导致宿主免疫功能严重降低;后者只引起宿主免疫功能轻微降低。表明转移能力不同的瘤细胞,尽管来源于同一亲本Hca瘤株,但其生长速度,对宿主免疫系统的影响、免疫原性也均呈现异质性。
This article dynamically observed the immune function of two tumor-bearing Balb/C mice. By measuring the growth rate of local tumors, metastasis latency, metastasis rate, mitogen reactivity of lymphocytes, natural cytotoxicity of spleen cells, changes of T cell subsets in spleen and lymph nodes, etc., suggesting that the host immune function is unstable in the early and middle stages of tumors. In the late stage of tumor, host immune function is inhibited. The host immune response caused by the high metastatic 16A_3 group and the low metastatic A_2 group had significant differences. The former eventually leads to a severe reduction of the host’s immune function; the latter only causes a slight decrease in the host’s immune function. The tumor cells with different metastasis capacity showed that although they were derived from the same parental Hca tumor strain, their growth rate, influence on the host immune system, and immunogenicity were also heterogeneous.
