目的评价生物诱导法刺激白木香所产不同部位沉香质量。方法以乙醚冷浸法对提取诱导6个月后所得沉香挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其挥发油进行分析。结果共鉴定出159个成分,包括白木香木质部外侧黑色结香部分(B部分)86个成分,内侧棕色初结香部分(Z部分)73个成分;B部分以色酮类、芳香族类、倍半萜类等沉香特征性成分为主,Z部分以直链烷烃类为主。结论生物诱导法首先影响到的木质部外层(B部位)已含有丰富的沉香特征性成分,而后期影响到的木质部内层(Z部分)鲜见沉香特征性成分,说明该法是从外及内逐步影响白木香木质部,所形成的沉香质量也有显著差异。
Objective To evaluate the biological induction of incense Baizhu incense produced in different parts of the quality of incense. Methods The volatile oil of alfalfa after 6 months of induction was extracted by diethyl ether cold soaking method. The volatile oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results A total of 159 components were identified, including 86 components of the black pilcharding part (B part) and 73 parts of the early browning part (Z part) Sesquiterpene and other characteristic components of the main incense, Z part of the main linear alkanes. Conclusions The outer part of the xylem (part B) which is affected by the biological induction method is already rich in the characteristic components of the alopecia, while the later part of the xylem inner layer (part Z) rarely has the characteristic components of the alopecia, Gradually affect the white wood xylem, the formation of the quality of incense are also significantly different.
