采用负压铸渗工艺制备了WC/铁基表面复合材料 ,分析其组织结构 ,着重研究了WC颗粒不同体积分数对WC/铁基复合材料抗冲蚀磨损性能的影响。结果表明 ,适当的颗粒体积分数 (3 6%左右 )的复合材料因颗粒对基体保护好 ,起主要抗磨作用 ,因而抗冲蚀磨损性能高 ;较高或较低颗粒体积分数的复合材料因颗粒脱落或基体磨损严重使得其抗冲蚀磨损性能较低
The WC / Fe-based composites were prepared by negative pressure infiltration process. The microstructure of WC / Fe-based composites was analyzed. The effects of different volume fraction of WC particles on the erosion and wear properties of WC / Fe-based composites were studied. The results show that the appropriate particle volume fraction (36%) of the composite material due to the particles of the matrix protection, play a major anti-wear effect, and therefore high erosion resistance of wear; composite particles of higher or lower particle volume fraction Peeling off of the particles or severe abrasion of the substrate results in lower erosion and wear resistance
