本刊1985年第1期《新型的无变压器振幅调制器》一文中介绍的电路,由于采用了 CMOS 集成电路,改变了传统二极管环形调制器的形式,因而大大简化了调制器的设计、制造及调试。本文将在原电路的基础上提出一种改进型电路,它不但保留了原电路的优点,而且能使增益大于1,在调制的同时进行放大。下面就详细讨论用 CMOS 集成电路来构成增益可大于1的无变压器振幅调制器的原理和方法。(一)增益为1的改进型无变压器振幅调制器图1就是这种调制器的具体电路图,它由 CMOS四运算放大器 CH4573和 CMOS 四双向开关 C544构成。双向开关可看成近似理想的开关,当载波加在其
The first circuit in 1985, titled “New Transformer Amplitude Modulator”, uses a CMOS integrated circuit to change the form of a conventional diode ring modulator, which greatly simplifies the design, manufacture and debugging. In this paper, an improved circuit based on the original circuit is proposed, which not only retains the advantages of the original circuit, but also makes the gain greater than 1, while amplifying the modulation.
