目的观察一种测定苯扎溴铵消毒液污染菌量的方法。方法将染菌样品、无菌生理盐水稀释后的样品、用无菌D/E中和肉汤中和后的样品分别在20℃和35℃条件下用涂抹法和倾注法两种方法测定其细菌总数。结果在同一温度下,各个样品由涂抹法测得的消毒液染菌量基本一致,中和作用对其影响较小;温度对于苯扎溴铵污染菌量的测定有着重要的影响,同一样品用同一方法在20℃条件下测得的染菌量比在35℃条件下要多;同一样品在同一温度下用涂抹法要比倾注法测得的染菌量要多。结论在20℃(室温)条件下,用涂抹法测定苯扎溴铵消毒液原液的细菌总数,可以方便、快速、较准确地知道消毒液染菌量。
