心电图双峰T波晚近才引起重视,我们从1983～1986年的6000例心电图中发现双峰T波106例,本文仅对年龄在14岁以上,记录较完整的84例进行分析。 临床资料 资料的选择:①基线平稳连续二个心动周期以上;②以avL或T波明显而无切凹的其他肢导联准确测量Q-T间期,然后与有T波切凹的导联校正Q-T间期,确认是双峰T波而不是TU融合。
