检测50例良恶性腹水患者血清与腹水中的癌标志物，结果显示恶性组血清及腹水中的AFP、CEA、CA50和CA19-9含量均显著或极显著的高于良性组，而Fer和β2-MG含量两组无论血清或腹水中均无差异。同时显示AFP、CEA和CA19-9的敏感性高，特异性强；CA0仅特异性强。癌标志物两个以上，尤其是腹水中AFP＋CEA＋CA50或AFP＋CEA＋CA19-9联合检测，可使敏感性及特异性均达100％。
50 cases of benign and malignant ascites were tested for cancer markers in serum and ascites.
