随着“一带一路”建设的推进,中泰两国的经贸合作、文化交流呈现出比以往更为热烈的发展态势。中泰商务谈判是搭建两国友好经贸桥梁的必要路径之一,两国间文化背景、价值观念、思维方式的差异是影响商务谈判成功的因素。因此谈判策略中,要培养跨文化谈判意识,提高文化差异敏感性;利用新媒体积极促成有效沟通;准确地使用和领会各种商务语言;知晓国际惯例与中泰国际商法;换位思考,灵活变通,促成谈判双赢。
With the advancing construction of the “Belt and Road”, the economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and Thailand have shown a more vigorous development trend than ever before. Business negotiation between China and Thailand is one of the necessary paths for building a friendly economic and trade bridge between the two countries. The differences in cultural background, values and modes of thinking between the two countries are the factors influencing the success of business negotiations. Therefore, in the negotiation strategy, we should cultivate the awareness of cross-cultural negotiations and enhance the sensitivity of cultural differences; actively use new media to promote effective communication; accurately use and understand various business languages; know the international practice and Sino-Thai international commercial law; Adapt to a win-win negotiation.
