本文分析了中小商业银行的优势、机遇、存在的威胁,配合中小商业银行的市场环境分析,指出了我国中小商业银行市场定位战略制定原则:中小商业银行的市场定位应当在科学细分市场的基础上,结合自身的实力,进行市场定位。中小商业银行应当调整战略眼光,选择有发展潜力的中小企业作为客户,在这些客户中建立较高的忠诚度。同时应当发挥自身的优势,为社区和个人提供多样化的服务,树立区域性银行的形象。
This paper analyzes the advantages, opportunities and threats of small and medium-sized commercial banks.
