新行为主义的主要代表人物班杜拉提出的社会学习理论继承与批判了传统行为主义,提出观察学习是有效的普遍的学习方法,认为认知因素是学习过程中的重要因素,将环境、认知、行为三者有机地结合起来,构成了交叉互动的动态关系。笔者认为高职院校学生应有效地吸取该理论精华,充分利用班杜拉的新行为主义理论对学习的启示,提高学习能力,获取更多知识。
The main representative of neo-behaviourism, the theory of social learning proposed by Bandura, inherits and criticizes the traditional behaviorism. It proposes that observation learning is an effective universal learning method, and considers that cognitive factors are important factors in the learning process. Knowledge, behavior of the three organically combined to form a dynamic interaction of cross-interaction. The author believes that students in higher vocational colleges should effectively absorb the essence of the theory, make full use of Bandura’s neo-behaviourist theory to enlightenment, improve learning ability and acquire more knowledge.
