资产评估行业经过20多年的发展,在支持国有企业改革,促进资本市场发展,防止国有资产流失,维护国家经济安全等发挥了重要作用。本文作者对四川省资产评估行业发展现状进行了分析,指出传统业务增长放缓,新业务增长点不足,中小机构发展艰难,低价竞争侵蚀行业的利润,行业初现发展瓶颈,并提出在社会经济体系发生重大变革的今天,资产评估行业要转变思想,改变策略,通过外强市场,内强管理,注重创新,构建行业发展新模式。本刊刊发此文,以期引起读者对评估行业健康可持续发展的重视和讨论,文章内容并不代表本刊观点。
After more than 20 years of development, the asset valuation industry has played an important role in supporting the reform of state-owned enterprises, promoting the development of the capital market, preventing the loss of state assets and safeguarding national economic security. The author analyzes the current situation of asset appraisal industry in Sichuan Province, pointing out that the slowdown of traditional businesses, the lack of growth of new businesses, the hard development of small and medium-sized organizations, the erosion of low-cost competition in the industry, and the bottleneck in the development of the industry, Today, there are major changes in the economic system.
