道路交通事故损害赔偿案件的执行较难,是当前执行工作中一个比较突出的问题。特别是道路交通安全法等一系列法律规定和司法解释出台实施后,该类案件呈快速上升趋势。由于该类案件具有涉案标的大、异地执行多、分布广、查控财产困难、矛盾易激化等特点,因此许多法院均为此投入了较多的司法力量来应对,但效果却不尽如人意。
The enforcement of damages cases of road traffic accidents is more difficult, which is a prominent issue in the current implementation work. In particular, a series of laws and regulations such as the Road Traffic Safety Law and the introduction of judicial interpretations have resulted in a rapid upward trend of such cases. Due to the large number of such cases involved in the case, the implementation of multiple off-site, widely distributed, check the property difficulties, conflicts and other characteristics of ease, so many courts have put in more judicial power to deal with this, but the effect is not satisfactory .
