郑必坚,四川富顺人,1932年生。历任中央书记处研究室研究员、国务院国际问题研究中心副总干事、中共中央党校常务副校长等职。他是邓小平1992年南巡讲话的整理执笔人,参与了1982年后历次中央重大会议文件的起草,是中国特色社会主义理论体系的主要专家之一。他从马克思主义理论出发,阐明了社会主义市场经济建立的必然性和必要性。近年来,他提出“和平崛起”理论,研究中国如何融入世界等战略问题。
Zheng Bijian, Fushun, Sichuan, born in 1932. Served as a researcher at the Research Office of the Central Secretariat, deputy director general of the State Council’s Center for International Studies and executive vice president of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. He is the collation writer and author of Deng Xiaoping’s 1992 Southern Tour Speech and participated in drafting the documents of the previous major central conferences since 1982 and is one of the major experts in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Starting from the Marxist theory, he clarified the necessity and necessity of establishing a socialist market economy. In recent years, he has proposed the theory of “peaceful rise” and studied such strategic issues as how China is integrated into the world.
