班级是职业院校学生共同生活、共同学习的一个基本单位,是学校对学生进行管理和教育的一个非常重要的平台,有效地做好班级民主管理工作对学生的发展有着非常重要的意义。主要讲述了现阶段职业院校实施班级民主管理的重要性,以及就如何在班级民主管理下更好地培养学生的创新精神提出了几点建议。
Class is a basic unit for students in vocational colleges to live together and learn together. It is a very important platform for the management and education of students in schools. To do a good job in class democratic management is of great significance to the development of students. It mainly talks about the importance of carrying out class democratic management in vocational colleges at this stage and puts forward some suggestions on how to better train students’ innovative spirit under the class democratic management.
