小学英语教学的难点是小学生的贪玩个性和对英语的认识甚少,所以在教学过程中合理有效地运用激励机制,激发学生内在潜能,从而让学生亲近英语,让学生能真正的学得有趣,也能获得学习的自信和成功。本人结合英语教学特点和自身的教学实践,探讨如何积极有效地使用鼓励性评价,激发学生的热情,活跃课堂氛围,努力让激励成为一种习惯。
Difficulties in primary school English teaching is the pupils ’greedy personality and little understanding of English, so reasonable and effective use of incentives in the teaching process to stimulate students’ intrinsic potential, so that students close to English, so that students can really learn interesting , But also to learn the self-confidence and success. Based on the characteristics of English teaching and my own teaching practice, I explore how to use positive and effective assessment of encouragement, stimulate students’ enthusiasm, activate classroom atmosphere, and strive to make encouragement a habit.
