目的 :探讨肾必宁对慢性血清病性系膜增生性肾小球肾炎 (MsPGN)大鼠肾组织转化生长因子 β(TGFβ)表达的影响。方法 :复制了慢性血清病性系膜增殖性肾炎大鼠模型 ,采用免疫组化方法对实验大鼠肾组织系膜区中TGFβ表达情况进行检测。结果 :模型组与正常组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组与模型组相比有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并呈剂量依赖性。结论 :肾必宁可通过降低TGFβ在肾组织系膜区中的表达而减轻肾脏的损伤
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenbining on the expression of transforming growth factor-β (TGFβ) in renal tissue of rats with chronic mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN). Methods: A rat model of chronic serum mesangial proliferative nephritis was replicated. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TGFβ in the mesangial area of the rat kidney. RESULTS: There was a significant difference between the model group and the normal group (P < 0.01). There was a difference between the treatment group and the model group (P <0.05) and it was dose-dependent. Conclusion: Shenbining can reduce the damage of kidney by reducing the expression of TGFβ in the mesangial area of kidney.
