目的全面、客观、准确地评价舌前2/3的味觉功能,并能定量研究菌状乳头的密度。方法采用局部封闭式液池(aspatialclosedflowchamber)检测60名健康成人舌前部味觉功能和菌状乳头的形态和数量。结果①正常成人舌前部菌状乳头密度、味觉发现阈和强度比较能力在男女之间、左右之间、种族之间差异无显著性;②不同个体之间在菌状乳头密度和味觉功能上差异有显著性;③菌状乳头密度是决定舌前部味觉功能的重要因素,并与味觉功能呈明显的正相关;④局部封闭式液池检测舌前部味觉功能可以达到本研究的目的。结论本研究方法对确定味觉病变的性质和舌神经损伤及修复后味觉功能以及菌状乳头的动态研究,具有重要的临床意义
Objective To evaluate the taste function of the top two thirds of the tongue in a comprehensive, objective and accurate manner and to quantitatively study the density of the papillary papilla. Methods The taste function and the shape and number of papillary papillae in 60 healthy adults were examined using aspatialclosed flowchamber. Results ① There was no significant difference in the density, taste detection threshold and strength between normal men and women in the frontal area of the tongue between men and women, between left and right, and between ethnic groups. (2) The difference was significant; (3) The density of papillary papillae was an important factor in determining the taste function of the front of the tongue, and positively correlated with the taste function. (4) The detection of the taste function of the frontal tongue by the partially closed fluid pool could achieve the purpose of this study. Conclusion The method of this study has important clinical significance in determining the nature of taste and disease, the damage of lingual nerve, the taste function after repair and the dynamic study of papillary papilla
