近年来,我国房地产价格过高,上涨过快,已经成为了我国经济稳定发展的桎梏,为应对这一问题,本文基于市场供求关系的视角,分析了房价上涨的客观因素,并针对性地提出了优化政府财政收支结构等相应政策建议。本文用市场的角度分析了我国目前房价高企的主要原因以及与其相关的外部效用,通过对供求关系、房地产属性以及方政府在房地产市场中的作用等方面的具体解析,提出了对房地产市场参与各方进行规制、能够有效地降低房价的相应建议。
