研究了5种类型果袋对‘苏翠1号’梨套袋果实外观和内在品质的影响。结果表明:套袋后,果实果点变小,果面光亮洁净,但颜色变浅,甚至变为黄白色;平均单果重降低;降低了可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量,可滴定酸含量增加,果实维生素C含量增加。5种果袋比较,套单层白袋和黄白双层袋果实仍保持绿色,内在品质降低程度最小;不同外袋类型双黄袋果实颜色不同,内在品质也不同;套外黄内红果袋果实黄绿色,品质降低最大。
The effects of five types of fruit bags on the appearance and intrinsic quality of ’Sucui 1’ pear bagged fruit were studied. The results showed that after bagging, the fruits became smaller and the fruit surface was bright and clean, but the color became lighter and even turned yellow-white; the average fruit weight decreased; the content of soluble solids and soluble sugar decreased, the content of titratable acid increased, Fruit vitamin C content increased.
