在新一代钢厂精准设计评价指标体系的基础上,采用改进的层次分析法为核心算法开发了指标权重分析软件,邀请了71位不同背景的专家以大型板材钢厂为对象,采用该软件对各指标的权重进行了判定。对专家判定结果的分析表明,专家的工作背景对指标的权重值有明显的影响,指标的权重值在很大程度上决定于专家对该指标的了解程度。工作单位为企业、职称为正高级、工作时间20年以上、工作岗位为管理的专家得到的各指标权重值相差较小。流程运行高效化和生态化水平指标的权重随专家职称的提高以及工作时间的增加而增大。采用加权算术平均(WAMM)的方法,得到了经济投资水平、工艺设备水平、流程运行高效化和生态化水平4大类指标的最终权重值分别为0.285、0.249、0.240和0.226。
Based on the accurate design evaluation index system of a new generation of steel mills, an improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to develop the index weight analysis software for the core algorithm. 71 experts from different backgrounds were invited to take large sheet steel mills as the target. The weight of each index was judged. The analysis of expert judgment results shows that the working background of experts has obvious influence on the weight value of the indicator, and the weight value of the indicator depends to a large extent on the expert’s understanding of the indicator. The work unit is an enterprise, the title is a senior, the work time is more than 20 years, and the work management position is weighted by the weight of each indicator. Process operation efficiency and ecological indicators of the weight of the weight with the increase of professional titles and working hours increased. The final weighted values of economic investment level, process equipment level, process operation efficiency and ecological level indicators of the four major categories were obtained by WAMM, and the final weights were 0.285, 0.249, 0.240 and 0.226, respectively.
