利用介质的相对密度不同进行沉降分离的重力式分离器,其沉降室内从下到上依次有水/乳、乳/油、油/气等多相界面,多相界面的检测控制,直接影响到分离器的分离效率和分离出的油、气、水质量指标。现有的目测法、差压法、超声波法等都是针对单一界面的物位测量方法,不能同时检测多相界面。河南油田设计院开发的容栅式多相界面检测系统,是利用微机和平行极电容传感器来实现多相界面层高度和厚度的自动检测,并能仿真界面高度的动态变化。该检测系统在河南油田一联合站投入使用,经现场测试,效果良好。

Capacitive grid polyphase interface detection system developed by Henan Oilfield Design Institute is to automatically detect the height and thickness of polyphase interface layer by using microcomputer and parallel capacitive sensor, and to simulate the dynamic change of interface height. The detection system put into use at a joint station in Henan Oilfield, the field test, the effect is good.
