采用放射免疫法检测了47例新生儿血浆生长抑素(SS)水平的动态变化。结果显示:足月儿和早产儿血浆SS水平随日龄增加而上升;早产儿脐血、出生后第1,5d血浆SS水平明显低于足月儿,第9d接近足月儿;新生儿血浆SS水平与胎龄、日龄呈正相关,与出生体重、性别无相关性,研究认为:血浆SS水平的检测可为科学喂养新生儿提供一定理论依据。
The dynamic changes of plasma somatostatin (SS) in 47 neonates were detected by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the plasma SS levels of full-term infants and premature infants increased with the increase of age. The cord blood of premature infants, the level of plasma SS on the 1st and 5th day after birth were significantly lower than those of full-term infants and full-term infants on the 9th day. Neonatal plasma The level of SS was positively correlated with gestational age and age, and no correlation with birth weight and gender. The study suggests that the detection of plasma SS level can provide a theoretical basis for the scientific feeding of newborns.
