Ⅱ号喷油泵中、小油门位置时校正性能变差,这是生产使用中提出的问题。通过对结构特点和校正过程的分析、起“作用点”转速及循环供油量与油门位置关系式推导,理论分析与实验测试都证明Ⅱ号喷油泵原校正器,随油门开度由大变小,校正油量逐渐减小,校正性能越来越差。本文在此基础上对校正器进行改进设计,通过设计计算、理论分析和实验测试,阐明改进机构的校正性能改善的本质规律:即作用点位置是一个随“油门”位置不同而异的变量,这与原校正器的作用点为固定位置,是一个根本的改变。这样,部分油门位置克服临时超负荷性能,通过两段校正而显著地改善了。这与实验结果一致。
