在重型车床上对直径500mm以上的大型轴类零件进行割槽(深割或割断),以前一般都采用大型焊接割刀,刀具损耗大、生产效率低。近两年来,我们研制成功大型机械夹固割刀,现已正常用于生产。在切割汽轮机转子等零件的深槽时,生产效率提高50%以上。该刀具具有结构简单,制造、使用方便等优点,适宜在重型机械行业推广使用。现对刀具的结构、角度特点和切屑用量作简单介绍。一、结构该刀具采用楔切式压紧结构(见附图)。(1)刀片:采用YT5材料,我厂是用硬质合金立装刀片改制。先在钼丝切割机上初割成形,然后夹紧在专用磨刀夹具上,在工具磨床和磨刀机上刃磨成
