小班化已成为农村教学的主流趋势,这主要是因为大批子女随进城打工的父母涌向了城市。班级人数减少,对传统的大班教学模式形成了一定程度的冲击。针对这种新情况,我们有必要采取一定的措施,化缺陷为优势。对于音乐教学,就更有必要挖掘小班化的教学优势,从而提升教学效率。结合实际工作经验,首先分析了小班化的特点,再针对性地指出一些教学方法。 Small class has become the mainstream of rural teaching trends, mainly because of the large number of parents who migrate to work with cities flock to the city. Less class size, the traditional large-class teaching mode has formed a certain degree of impact. In response to this new situation, we need to take certain measures to reduce defects as the advantage. For music teaching, it is even more necessary to tap the teaching advantages of small classes to improve teaching efficiency. Combined with practical work experience, we first analyze the characteristics of small class and then point out some teaching methods.
