目的:研究女性TRACP、CTX-1、BACP、BGP与BMD的相关关系。方法:采用美国贝克曼公司全自动化学发光免疫分析仪、美国Thermo公司酶标免疫分析仪检测TRACP、CTX-1、BACP、BGP,采用美国Osteometer Medi公司生产的DTX-200型骨密度仪检测BMD。将488例受试者检测结果按5岁为一年龄段分组,应用SPSS3.0分析软件进行统计分析。结果:TRACP、CTX-1与BMD负相关;50~64岁年龄段女性BACP、BGP明显升高,与BMD负相关,65岁以后开始下降。结论:TRACP、CTX-1、BACP、BGP是监测骨量变化及骨质疏松早期诊断的重要骨代谢指标。
Objective: To study the correlation between TRACP, CTX-1, BACP, BGP and BMD in women. METHODS: TRACP, CTX-1, BACP and BGP were detected by Beckman’s automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer in the United States, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) by American Thermo company, and the BMD was detected by DTX-200 bone mineral density meter manufactured by Osteometer Medi . The test results of 488 subjects were grouped according to the age of 5 years. SPSS 3.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: TRACP and CTX-1 were negatively correlated with BMD. BACP and BGP in women aged 50-64 were significantly increased, negatively correlated with BMD, and then decreased after 65 years of age. Conclusion: TRACP, CTX-1, BACP and BGP are the important indicators of bone metabolism in the early diagnosis of bone mass changes and osteoporosis.
