目的:探讨法舒地尔对单纯急性心肌梗死模型大鼠心肌形态学、心肌酶学及血液流变学变化的影响。方法:将40只Wistar大鼠分为空白组、假手术组、治疗组和模型组。治疗组给予法舒地尔0.01 m L/g,股静脉注射,其余各组给予生理盐水。治疗结束后检测各组大鼠心肌形态学、心肌酶学及血液流变学各指标。结果:与其余各组相比,治疗组大鼠各指标均显著改善,空白组与假手术组各指标水平无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组具体表现为:CK、LDH、ASH水平明显降低(P<0.05);PAR、PAG水平均明显改善,与模型组相比明显降低;HCT、ESR水平明显降低(P<0.05);MIS水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:法舒地尔能够明显改善单纯急性心肌梗死模型大鼠的心肌形态学、心肌酶学及血液流变学各指标,对临床有指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of fasudil on myocardial morphology, myocardial enzymes and hemorheology in rats with simple acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 40 Wistar rats were divided into blank group, sham operation group, treatment group and model group. The treatment group was fasudil 0.01 m L / g, femoral vein injection, and the remaining groups were given normal saline. After the treatment, the myocardial morphology, myocardial enzymes and hemorheology indexes of each group were detected. Results: Compared with the other groups, the indexes in the treatment group were significantly improved (P> 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the blank group and the sham group (P> 0.05). The treatment group showed obvious levels of CK, LDH and ASH (P <0.05). The levels of PAR and PAG in the model group were significantly lower than those in the untreated group (P <0.05). The levels of HCT and ESR were significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the levels of MIS were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: fasudil can significantly improve myocardial morphological, myocardial enzymology and hemorheology indexes in simple acute myocardial infarction model, which is of clinical significance.
