本文是在高速钢原有质量的基础上,采用深冷处理以挖掘其材料潜力。文章对四种类型的高速钢进行了不同方案的深冷处理试验,并完成了机械性能、物理测定、金相观察、切削试验等工作。同时设计制造了适用于热处理行业的深冷罐。在试验和近三年的生产实践基础上,总结出了高速钢刀具的深冷处理制度。对不同材料的高速钢刀具推荐了合理的工艺流程,并从经济角度评价了高速钢刀具采用深冷处理技术的意义。
This article is based on the original quality of high-speed steel, the use of cryogenic treatment to tap its material potential. In this paper, different schemes of cryogenic treatment of four types of HSS were carried out, and the mechanical properties, physical measurements, metallographic observations and cutting tests were completed. At the same time, design and manufacture of cryogenic tank for the heat treatment industry. Based on the experiment and the production practice in the past three years, the cryogenic treatment system of HSS tool is summarized. We recommend a reasonable process for high-speed steel cutting tools of different materials and evaluate the significance of using cryogenic treatment technology for high-speed steel cutting tools from an economic point of view.
