董仲舒的“天人感应”思想,建立了天与人之间的互动关系,既肯定了天在宇宙间的主导地位,具有监督人的权威,又强调人的主观自觉,具有感动天的主观能动性。天人感应论实际上就是国家和老百姓的双向互动关系。
