目的:评价抗癌扶正散治疗癌症临床疗效及对不同癌细胞和巨噬细胞培养系统的影响。方法:按病例纳入标准收集1990年4月至2011年1月在我处治疗的癌症患者100例,随机分为治疗组70例和对照组30例,两组治疗疗程为120天,所有患者分别按观察项目进行临床评价;用不同剂量的抗癌扶正散处理癌细胞和小鼠巨噬细胞,用MTT分析方法检测细胞活性,用显微镜观察细胞形态变化,用实时荧光定量PCR检测巨噬细胞的细胞因子基因表达,用吞噬试验检测巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结果:安全性高,抗癌效果理想,无细胞毒作用,获得国家发明专利。结论:抗癌扶正散除了安全可靠的抗癌效果,也可能对免疫治疗有效。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Fuzheng San in the treatment of cancer and its influence on different cancer cells and macrophage culture system. Methods: 100 cases of cancer patients treated in our department from April 1990 to January 2011 were collected according to the cases. They were randomly divided into treatment group (70 cases) and control group (30 cases). The two groups were treated for 120 days The clinical evaluation was carried out according to the observation items. The cancer cells and mouse macrophages were treated with different doses of anti-cancer Fuzheng San, the cell viability was detected by MTT assay, the morphological changes of cells were observed by microscope, and the changes of macrophages Cytokine gene expression, using phagocytosis test macrophage phagocytosis. Results: High safety, good anticancer effect, no cytotoxic effect and access to national invention patent. Conclusion: Anti-cancer Fuzheng scattered safe and reliable anti-cancer effect, may also be effective for immunotherapy.
