采用草酸沉淀—纳氏试剂光度法研究稀土基体对氨氮测定分析的影响。研究结果表明,镧基体浓度小于60 mg/L、镨基体浓度小于200 mg/L、钕基体浓度小于200 mg/L、铈基体浓度小于1 mg/L时,对空白值测定无影响,其中,铈的干扰最大,通过草酸沉淀法处理后,可将基体浓度降至0.2 mg/L以下,满足了分析检测的技术要求。该方法操作简便、准确,RSD值不大于4.54%,精密度好。
