目的:研究三脉紫菀挥发油的化学组成及相对含量。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取三脉紫菀叶中的挥发油,并通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分相对百分含量。结果:从三脉紫菀挥发油中共分离出124个组分,鉴定了其中72个化合物,占总量的67.52%,主要成分为石竹烯氧化物(caryophyllene oxide,18.38%),环氧化蛇麻烯II(12-oxabicyclo[9.1.0]dodeca-3,7-diene,1,5,5,8-tetramethyl-,[1R-(1R,3E,7E,11R)]-,8.01%),石竹烯(caryophyllene,3.57%),十六烷酸(n-hexadecanoic acid,4.59%),蛇麻烯(humulene,3.16%),植酮(2-pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl,2.51%),柏木脑(cedrol,2.35%),β-榄香烯(1-ethenyl-1-methyl-2,4-bis(1-methylethenyl)-,[1S-(1(,2β,4β)]-cyclohexane,2.28%),2,5-二甲氧黄樟油精(apiol,1.85%),匙叶桉油烯醇[(-)-spathulenol,1.32%]等。结论:三脉紫菀挥发油中主要含萜类、酯类、醇类、醛类、烃类等多种化学成分;分析结果可为三脉紫菀挥发油的质量控制和进一步研究提供科学依据。
Objective: To study the chemical composition and relative content of the essential oil of three-step Aster. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from the leaves of Malvaceae by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) Points relative percentage. Results: A total of 124 components were isolated from the essential oil of Radix Aconitum and 72 of them were identified, accounting for 67.52% of the total. The main components were caryophyllene oxide (18.38%), epoxidation II (12-oxabicyclo [9.1.0] dodeca-3,7-diene, 1,5,5,8-tetramethyl-, [1R- (1R, 3E, 7E, 11R)] -, 8.01% (caryophyllene, 3.57%), n-hexadecanoic acid (4.59%), humulene (3.16%), phytane (6,10,14-trimethyl, 2.51% Cedrol (2.35%), 1-ethenyl- 1-methyl-2,4-bis (1-methylethenyl) 2.28%), safrole (apiol, 1.85%), eucalyptol ([-) - spathulenol, 1.32%] and so on.Conclusion: Alcohols, aldehydes, hydrocarbons and other chemical constituents. The results of the analysis can provide scientific basis for the quality control and further research of the essential oil of Radix Siniperpenae.
