2005年上半年,我国水运经济形势良好,主要港口货物吞吐量18.69亿吨,较去年增长18.5%,中央管辖水域船舶进出港506万艘次。据预测下半年经济仍将保持平稳较快增长。随着经济持续稳定发展,煤、电、油、运紧张状况在缓解中仍然相对趋紧。交通部门大都处于高负荷运行状态,安全生产压力很大。在这种形势下,交通行业如何努力抓好安全生产工作成为公众关注的突出问题。为此,本刊记者专访了交通部安委会执行副主任、交通部海事局常务副局长刘功臣。
In the first half of 2005, China’s water transport economy was in a good state with a cargo throughput of 1.689 billion tons at major ports, an increase of 18.5% over the previous year. The number of ships entering and leaving ports under the jurisdiction of the central government was 5.06 million. It is predicted that in the second half of the economy will maintain steady and rapid growth. As the economy continues to develop steadily, tensions among coal, electricity, oil and transportation remain relatively tight. Most traffic departments are in high-load operation, safety pressure is great.
