2006年9月22日,青海省囊谦县吉尼赛乡拉翁村牧民,因进食风干牛肉发生食物中毒,根据流行病学调查、患者临床症状和实验室检验结果分析,判定为是由E型肉毒梭菌污染牛肉而引起的食物中毒。
On September 22, 2006, herdsmen from Ranong Village, Guinaisai Township, Xinqian County, Qinghai Province, suffered from food poisoning due to eating dried beef. According to epidemiological investigation, clinical symptoms and laboratory test results, it was determined that E Clostridium botulinum contamination of beef caused by food poisoning.
