在我国严禁刑讯逼供的司法机制中,不合法证词排除规则,起着至关重要的保证效果,它不只规范办案人员搜集和运用依据,更重要的是对不合法取证行为的一种法律制裁和救助。排除不合法证据的范围,规定审查起诉环节排除不合法证词的操作规程,关于防止由于采用不合法证词而致使冤假错案的发作将起到非常重要的效果。
