目的:了解和掌握南昌县居民食用碘盐的情况,为制订防治策略提供科学依据。方法:根据《江西省碘盐监测实施细则》进行监测,2005~2009年共抽取1440份样品,采用GB/T13025.7-1999中的直接滴定法进行定量检测。结果:2005~2009年共检测1440份样品,合格1149份,非碘盐93份,碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率低于90%,为改变这一现状,在政府的干预及其盐业相关部门通力协作下加大了监管力度,打击私盐,从2008年起碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率大于95%。结论:南昌县居民户碘盐已达《全国重点地方病防治规划(2004~2010年)》提到的2010年全国各省(自治区、自辖市)及95%以上的县(市)实现消除碘缺乏病的目标。
Objective: To understand and grasp the residents of Nanchang County consumption of iodized salt, to provide a scientific basis for the development of prevention and control strategies.
