大数据在为我们带来新的商机和思维方式的同时,也给保密工作带来新的挑战。随着信息技术尤其是云计算技术、移动互联网的发展,人们工作和生活的每一个细节被越来越发达的传感器所记录,被云计算技术平台进行存储和处理,从而形成大数据时代的商机,人们可以通过对海量数据的分析,获得巨大的商业价值和服务,获取对事物前所未有的洞见。然而,这也给保密工作带来全新的挑战。首先,数据采集技术的提升使得保守秘密变得更难;其次,数据集中管理,使得失泄密风险变得更大;最后,数据分析能力的提升,使得敌对势力更能从蛛丝马迹中发现深层次的密点。因此,需要在现有保密工作要求的基础上,积极适应保密形势的变化,采用“人防、技防、物防”相结合的手段,来应对大数据时代的军工行业保密工作。
