对福建省不同经济发展地区农村医疗卫生服务体系现状和运行情况的调查结果表明：（１）在经济较发达地区农村农民收入较高，乡镇卫生院医疗条件较好，业务量较高，对自身的生存和发展具备了客观条件：在经济中等发展地区农村农民收入较低，乡镇卫生院医疗条件较差，业务量不大，对自身的生存和发展还需外部力量支助。卫生技术人员力量不足是目前乡镇卫生院普遍存在的问题。（２）村医疗点多是过去集体合作医疗时期建立的，现多以承包方式自主经营，其医疗设备较简易，但备有常用药，能为当地农民解决大部分健康小问题，不同经济发展地区其业务量有较大差别。（３）患重病的少数农民年医疗费用达万元以上，但大多数人年费用在１００元以下。认为应建立和完善以乡镇卫生院为龙头的农村医疗卫生服务体系和建立农村社会医疗卫生保障制度
The survey results on the status quo and operation of the rural medical and health service systems in different economic development areas in Fujian Province indicate that: (1) Rural peasants in higher economically developed areas have higher incomes, township hospitals have better medical conditions, and the amount of business is relatively high. The existence and development of the project have objective conditions: rural peasants’ income is lower in the economically middle-developed areas, medical conditions in township and township hospitals are poorer, and the amount of business is not large, and external forces are needed to support their own survival and development. The shortage of health technicians is a common problem in township hospitals. (2) The village medical centers were established in the past during the period of collective cooperative medical care. They are now mostly self-employed in a contracted manner. Their medical equipment is relatively simple, but they are equipped with commonly used drugs, which can solve most of the health problems for the local farmers and different economic development. There is a big difference in the volume of business in the region. (3) The medical expenses of a small number of farmers suffering serious illnesses are more than 10,000 yuan, but the average annual cost of most people is less than 100 yuan. It is believed that the rural medical and health service system led by township health centers and the establishment of a rural social health care security system should be established and improved.
