选取了DHT段用氯量不同的3种硫酸盐桉木浆,探讨了在DHTE*D漂白流程下,漂白浆白度达到90%~91%的不同碱抽提(E*段)方法。E*段在2个温度下进行处理,包括E、EO、EP、EOP、PO、PHT、O以及O/O。比较了总有效氯用量、化学品成本、纸浆白度稳定性、黏度、废水污染负荷。结果表明,考虑到成本效益、纸浆质量、废水污染负荷等,在桉木浆DHTE*D漂白流程中,处理温度为85~95℃的PO段具有优势,但是如果把蒸汽成本考虑进去,就没有成本优势了。
Three kinds of sulfate eucalyptus pulp with different chlorine contents were selected in the DHT section. Different bleaching pulp bleaching processes (E * section) with whiteness of 90% ~ 91% were studied under DHTE * D bleaching process. The E * section was processed at 2 temperatures including E, EO, EP, EOP, PO, PHT, O and O / O. The total effective chlorine dosage, chemical cost, pulp whiteness stability, viscosity and waste water pollution load were compared.
