针对在磁流变制动器虚拟测试系统中存在的噪声干扰问题,阐述了常有的干扰噪声以及常用的抑制方法,并介绍了一种在该虚拟仪器中调用MATLAB的Wavelet工具箱中的小波降噪函数对采集到的信号进行降噪处理的方法,并将其应用到磁流变制动器虚拟仪器中,取得了良好的降噪效果。
Aiming at the problem of noise interference existing in the virtual test system of MRF, the usual interference noise and the commonly used suppression method are expounded. And a wavelet denoising method in the Wavelet toolbox of MATLAB is introduced. Function of the collected signal noise reduction method, and apply it to the virtual instrument of the magneto-rheological brake has achieved good noise reduction effect.
