Since the founding of new China, our country has always attached great importance to occupational health work. Occupational health laws and regulations continue to improve, and through publicity and education and training gradually enjoys popular support. Although the regulatory system has changed several times, there is no interruption of occupational health regulation, which effectively ensures that the overall situation of occupational health in our country is relatively stable. However, with the rapid economic development in our country and the continuous advancement of industrialization, urbanization and economic globalization, the occupational health situation is still grim. This article summarizes the historical evolution of occupational health regulatory model, combined with the current strict occupational health regulation
