兖矿集团为国家重点特大型企业集团,是全国100家现代企业制度和120家企业集团试点单位,是华东最大的煤炭生产基地和全国最大的煤炭出口企业之一。截止到2007年底,在岗女职工3.4万人,占职工总数的35%。兖矿集团女工委敢于进取,勇于创新,坚定不移地把转变观念,提升素质,建功立业,作为工作的出发点和落脚点,突出特色,科学实践,为集团公司的改革发展做出了积极贡献。近年来,连续被中国能源化学工会、山东省总工会、山东省煤矿工会评为“先进女工委”、被济宁市评为首届“十佳女工委”;山东省总工会女工部专题来兖矿调研,给与充分的肯定和较高的评价;《当代矿工》杂志给与专题宣传报道。
