目的了解Cochrane Overview的研究现状及制作方法。方法计算机检索h e Cochrane Library和Pub Med数据库,搜集Cochrane Overview,检索时限均截至2014年3月。由两位研究者按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料,并对纳入Cochrane Overview的检索策略、质量评价、统计方法、研究结果进行评价和分析。结果共纳入18个Cochrane Overview,其中有4个(22.2%)进行了正式的间接比较,8个(44.4%)仅进行了直接比较,6个(33.4%)仅对现有研究进行汇总分析,但未合并数据;12个(66.7%)将检索限定在h e Cochrane Library中,6个(33.3%)检索了其他数据库;14个(77.8%)采用AMSTAR量表进行文献质量评价,12个(66.7%)采用GRADE系统进行证据质量评价;9个(50%)产生了新的研究结果。结论目前Cochrane Overview的制作与报告规范尚不成熟,研究者应根据不同的研究目的选用适宜的制作方法。
Objective To understand the research status and production methods of Cochrane Overview. Methods The computerized retrieval of h Cochrane Library and Pub Med database was conducted to collect the Cochrane Overview. The search time was up to March 2014. Two researchers screened the literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data, and evaluated and analyzed the retrieval strategies, quality evaluation, statistical methods and research results included in the Cochrane Review. Results A total of 18 Cochrane reviews were included, of which 4 (22.2%) were formally and indirectly compared, 8 (44.4%) were compared only directly, 6 (33.4%) were only pooled analyzes of existing studies, 12 (66.7%) restricted searches to he Cochrane Library, 6 (33.3%) searched other databases, 14 (77.8%) performed quality evaluations using the AMSTAR scale, 12 (66.7% %) The quality of evidence was evaluated using the GRADE system; nine (50%) produced new findings. Conclusion At present, the Cochrane Overview is not yet mature in its specifications for production and reporting. Researchers should select the appropriate method for different research purposes.
