加强水利工程规范化管理,保障水资源的可持续利用,提高水灾害防御能力,加强水生态保护,关键是贯彻落实党中央、国务院和自治区党委、自治区人民政府一系列重大决策部署,这是经济社会发展的迫切要求。文章阐述了新疆维吾尔自治区水利工程管理现状,并结合实际,分析研究了水利工程管理中存在的主要问题及其产生原因,并对如何加强水利工程管理提出了对策。
To strengthen the standardized management of water conservancy projects, ensure the sustainable utilization of water resources, improve the capability of preventing water damage and enhance the protection of aquatic ecosystems, the key is to implement a series of major decisions and arrangements made by the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the people’s governments of the autonomous regions, which are economic and social The urgent requirement of development. This article expounds the present situation of water conservancy project management in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and analyzes the main problems existing in the water project management and their causes, and puts forward some countermeasures to how to strengthen the water project management.
