随着我国经济的快速发展，在我国的一些农业地区，其水利工程设施建设较为到位，尤其是在基础设施的建设上，国家和政府投入了大量的人力和财力来进行水利工程的建设工作，但是，在后期的管理上就呈现出了不足。因此我们应该加强农村水利工作新思路的探索，使农村的水利工程能够更好地为农民谋福利。
