随着科学技术和工业的高速发展,企业的生产技术装备在质和量的两个方面都出现了巨大的变化,特别对于象我们株洲冶炼厂这样一个流程性极强的有色冶炼企业,更是如此。在连续性生产中,一台设备、一套装置、一条管线乃至一个阀门、一个接头发生故障都会造成全系统的停产。由于各生产系统的自动化、技术复杂化、设备的大型化和超小型化,以及我厂特定的高温、高酸、强碱、烟尘的腐蚀磨损,更加大了我厂设备管理的难度。为了适应国家经济建设的发展,也为了株洲冶炼厂能立于不败之地,迫使我们转变设备管理观念。通过前几年开展设备创优工作以及设备故障统计分析的反思,1990年底我们提出了“保流程畅通”的设备管理观念,各项管理工作向主流程倾斜,并制订了“围绕生产流程,深化设备管理,降低系统故障,保证流程畅通”的设备管理方针。 1.建立适合我厂实际的点检模式 1986年开展了对21种71台A类设备及部分关键设备的三级点检,经过5年的努力,我们确立了分厂点检员定编在生产工段的模式并加以推广,发挥了操检合一的作用,协调了生产与设备的关系。动力分厂由于点检工作开展得深入扎实,设备状况进一步改善,故障率大幅度降低。目前,该分厂已取消了钳、电工的夜间值班。
