对1981～1990年收治的132例精索静脉曲张进行回顾性分析,提出:对于双侧及亚临床型精索静脉曲张应予重视;彩色多普勒超声检查可作为首选;参照Proyor分级法制订的0～Ⅲ级曲张标准有助于提高双侧和亚临床型精索静脉曲张的检出率;手术治疗以Palomo效果较好。
