提出了一种在不中断生产的情况下,完成非电子仪表的计算机化判读和处理的系统方法,介绍了该方法的结构组成,以及利用图象识别技术识别手写英文字母的表类型判断模块,阐述了三种判读表值的方法:步长法,圆周灰度检测法,消除背景法.
A systematic method to complete the computerized interpretation and processing of non-electronic instruments without interruption of production is put forward. The structure of the method and the table type judgment module for recognizing handwritten English letters by using image recognition technology are introduced. Three methods of interpretation of table values are described: step size, circle gray scale detection and background subtraction.
