如果说有哪一位先生或小姐不会唉声叹气,这一定被人视为笑谈;但是,如果说有人不懂得叹气也有益于身心健康,这确是不可否认的客观事实。是的,不少人不知道叹气的健身功能。我有个朋友生性内向,少言寡语,爱积心事。后来,丧妻丢子,意外的打击接踵而来,他更加郁郁寡欢,沉负极重。他将悲愤、怨恨以及忏悔全都深藏内心,整日苦锁双眉,如霜打一般。在极其苦闷、孤独中,他免不了长吁短叹。尤其是在夜里,他守着孤灯,独坐卧室,声声长叹感动着天上的星月。也怪,每在这时候,他那积淤着闷气的心绪随着一声声叹息舒展开来,变得轻松许多,大有一种解脱之感。这位朋友找到了宣泄忧郁的方式,找到了在逆境中稳定情绪、不使其恶性膨胀的办法。这便是:长叹一声,再长叹一声。
